This roundtable invites participants on a journey to reimagine a dormant teaching center as a hub of strategic partnerships that centers equity and inclusion as cultural norms and necessary elements of excellence in teaching and learning. In addition to sharing their experience uniting instructors and other campus stakeholders in an equity-focused community of practice, discussion facilitators will engage participants in sharing their own hopes, struggles, and lessons learned in enacting lasting institutional change that values and rewards teaching excellence, supports the continuing pedagogical development of all instructors, and creates a learning environment where diverse students and instructors can excel.
