The last few years necessitated educational developers to use alternative modes of delivery for faculty workshops which included remote synchronous, hybrid and asynchronous modes. This session focuses on faculty workshops delivered asynchronously. We explore lessons learned about what works (and what doesn't work) and consider how we can build on these lessons to enhance development activities. Educational developers are invited to share and reflect on their experiences of designing and delivering faculty workshops asynchronously. Participants will explore the benefits and challenges of engaging faculty in asynchronous workshops.
