The past year many instructors have reported feeling compassion fatigue, apathy, and burnout. We are exploring digital storytelling as a way to gently return the attention of our teaching community to their own learning and toward commitment to greater inclusion. Participants will explore how digital stories, and the feelings they evoke, can inspire curricular, pedagogical, and social change, from applying Universal Design for Learning-inspired strategies, to daring to try something new. Examining learning artifacts from two programs, participants will consider how digital stories of different kinds can inspire actions for inclusion and equity.
